The ideal candidate is a college graduate with a Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. The candidate should exhibit drive, initiative, and the desire to excel. Those applying should have strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated leadership qualities. The most desirable candidates will have applied their academic learning in relevant internship or work experience. Candidates are encouraged to consider relocation to other company locations when promotional opportunities arise. |
